Ravens vs. Bengals: Time, How to Watch, Location
Date: Sunday, October 6, 2024
Time: 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff
Location: Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, OH.
How to Watch: CBS
Cincinnati is looking to right the ship this season after an 1-3 start to the season. The Bengals have always struggled to start strong under star quarterback Joe Burrow, with a winning record only once in five seasons.
They are already two games back from the division-leading Pittsburgh Steelers, who play the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.
For the Ravens, they’ve dominated their last two games after suffering disappointing losses in their first two games of the season. Their 35-10 trouncing of Buffalo on Sunday night was the team’s most complete game of the season.
The Ravens are widely considered the league’s best 2-2 team, and they’re expected to win this game, despite their lackluster record.
Ravens vs. Bengals Best Picks for NFL DFS
Here are the top picks for the Ravens vs. Bengals showdown at 1 p.m. ET in Week 5.
Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow 36.5 Pass Attempts — More
For Cincinnati to remain competitive or even win this game, they’ll need Burrow to air it out.
The Ravens are 28th in pass yards allowed this season, and 20th in expected points added per dropback (.079), per rbsdm.
Three quarterbacks — Patrick Mahomes, Gardner Minshew, and Dak Prescott — have thrown for at least 275 yards against Baltimore this season. Only Josh Allen last week did not clear that mark.
In seven meetings against Baltimore, Burrow has had more than 35 attempts in four of those meetings. He was on pace to go well over 35 pass attempts in their November meeting last year, but left the second quarter with a wrist injury which sidelined him for the rest of the year.

Cincinnati Bengals TE Erick All 5.5 Fantasy Score — More
With the attention likely to be on star pass-catchers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, look for tight end Erick All to come up with a sneaky performance on Sunday.
So far against the Ravens, every team’s number one tight end has cleared this projection of 5.5 points. Only the Chiefs have given up more points to tight ends than the Ravens this year. Even the Chiefs’ No. 2 tight end Noah Gray went more on this projection.
Granted, the likes of Travis Kelce, Brock Bowers, Jake Ferguson, and Dalton Kincaid are all expected to soar over 5.5 fantasy score, so they’ve had tough competition.
That said, All could be in for his best day of the season so far, as Baltimore gives up an over 80 yards per game to tight ends.
All is beginning to take snap share from Mike Gesicki. The rookie saw 60% of the snaps last week against Carolina, compared to Gesicki’s 33% (a season low). All has cleared this projection three games so far, catching all 12 of his targets.

This game script is likely to force Burrow to throw and that should be in favor of the fourth-round pick.
Justin Tucker/Evan McPherson 47.5 Longest FG Made Yards — MORE
PrizePicks is all about unique squares and this is as unique as it gets: a combo kicker square for the length of their longest field goal. Only one of these two have to hit a field goal of at least 48 yards for this projection to green out.
Even with a disappointing start to the season for Baltimore kicker Justin Tucker, he is still widely regarded as one of the best kickers in the league along with Bengals kicker Evan McPherson.
Since McPherson has entered the league, he has played Tucker and the Ravens six times and either kicker has gone more than 47.5 yards in four of those meetings.
If this game ends up being the shootout it is expected to be, the kickers will definitely play their part in nailing long field goals to get points on the board.
Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry 0.5 Rush + Rec TD — MORE (Goblin)
Ravens RB Derrick Henry has been a touchdown machine this season. The star running back has scored five times already this season, including a monstrous 87-yard touchdown run early in the game against the Bills last week.
The Bengals have struggled against running backs this season, allowing nearly 4.5 yards per carry to opposing backs. The likes of Rhamondre Stevenson, Isaiah Pacheco, and Chuba Hubbard all rushed for at least 90 yards against the Bengals.
Stevenson, Hubbard, and both Commanders' running backs (Brian Robinson Jr. and Austin Ekeler) scored on the Cincinnati run defense.
The struggles in the run defense are evident for Cincinnati. Look for The King to punch one in in this likely high-scoring affair.
Note: Goblin picks decrease your payout on PrizePicks, as they are easier projections to hit.
