How to Play PrizePicks NBA

PrizePicks is the easiest way to play NBA DFS. When you create an account, use promo code “Playbook” to get $50 instantly after you play your first $5 lineup.

Creating a lineup is easy, and you don’t have to use just NBA projections — you can mix and match sports.

Here’s how to create an NBA fantasy basketball lineup on PrizePicks:

  1. Choose two or more players (up to six) from the PrizePicks board.
  2. Picks MORE or LESS on the player’s projected stats for that game — like points or three-pointers.
  3. Choose POWER PLAY or FLEX Lineup. With Flex Lineups, you still win if one pick misses. With Power Play, you’ll receive higher payouts, but every pick must be correct.

That’s it! When the games are over, you’ll receive a payout within minutes if your picks are correct.

What are Demons and Goblins on PrizePicks?

You can win more on PrizePicks with Demons and Goblins. Filter through a player’s standard, Demon, and Goblin projections by clicking the right/left arrow icon next to the projection when available.

Demons are identified by a bold red icon on the projection board. Demons are high-difficulty projections that can rocket your max payout up to 100x if you pick correctly. You must pick More on a Demon projection.

Goblins are identified by a green icon on the board and they’re designed to keep you in the green. These are safer picks that make it easier to land consistent victories. Because these projections are easier to hit, your max payout multiplier will be lower. You must pick More on a Goblin projection.
