NBA DFS Cheat Sheet Today: Picks for NBA Friday
With group play for the NBA Cup all wrapped up, Friday is your typical NBA slate. There are seven games on the NBA DFS slate. Below, we will preview the best games to target on the NBA DFS slate, plus NBA picks, predictions, and projections for NBA Friday on PrizePicks.
Today’s nationally televised games on ESPN are between the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Golden State Warriors. The Bucks had a rough start to the season but have righted the ship to get back to above .500. However, they’re headed to Boston where they face one of the best teams in the league in the Celtics.
The Warriors are on the second leg of a back-to-back hosting the Timberwolves. Star point guard Steph Curry missed yesterday’s game against the Houston Rockets. Golden State was still able to pull out a win even without Steph and should be available for a potential three-point showdown against Anthony Edwards.

Pacers vs. Bulls: Preview & How to Watch
Time: 8 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA League Pass
This matchup features two of the league’s worst defenses in terms of points allowed. The Bulls have the league’s worst defense, giving up 123.2 points per game, while the Pacers sit fifth worst at 118.2. You’re going to get a lot of possessions with these teams as well, as both teams are in the top 10 of the league in pace.
The Bulls give up the second-highest average fantasy points to all positions and are fifth or worse at each position, outside of small forward. This will be the best matchup all year for the Pacers who get to play the Bulls often because they are division rivals.
PrizePicks Projection to Consider: Pacers G Bennedict Mathurin 1.5 3-Pointers Made — More
Jazz vs. Blazers: Preview & How to Watch
Time: 10 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA League Pass
Similarly to the above matchup, this matchup also contains two defenses that are top-10 in opponent points per game. The Jazz allow the third most points per game at 118.6 and Portland sits tenth in that category allowing 115.3.
These poor defenses translate to fantasy scores as well, as both teams allow the third and fourth most average fantasy points to all positions respectively. Not much is expected from this game, coming from two of the Western Conference’s worst teams, but we can expect a lot of points for NBA DFS purposes.
PrizePicks Projection to Consider: Trail Blazers G Anfernee Simons 20.5 Points — More
NBA DFS Picks Today for PrizePicks
Below, you’ll find the top PrizePicks picks today for NBA DFS on Monday, December 3, including NBA DFS projections.
Pacers G Tyrese Haliburton vs. Bulls: 9.5 Assists — More
The Bulls are the best matchup for opposing point guards who are looking to dish the rock. After increasing his assist output in his first five seasons, Haliburton is having an extremely down year, only averaging 8.4 assists per game after averaging nearly 11 last year.
Point guards have torched the Bulls in the assist category. Over 12 point guards have averaged seven assists against the Bulls this season, including five who averaged over 10 assists this season. Against a slightly better Bulls defense last season, Haliburton had 13+ assists in three of four games.
This is the best matchup possible for Haliburton to find his groove once again after a disappointing start to his season.

Sixers F Paul George vs. Magic: 27.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts — Less
The Sixers and Magic teams have faced off twice already in two low-scoring affairs, with 194 and 208 points combined in their two games. Orlando is 2-0 so far against the Sixers and look to make it 3-0 on Friday night.
Paul George sat out the last matchup against the Magic, but struggled in their first match during the NBA Cup. In 36 minutes, Georige was held to 22 PRA and was an inefficient 4-of-15 from the field.
The Magic have the No. 1 defense, giving up the least points per game this season, and are third in defensive rating. George should expect to struggle against the Magic once again, facing the second-best defense against small forwards this season.
This should be another long night for George who will also likely see teammates Tyrese Maxey and Jared McCain take a high volume of shots as well.
Paul George Projections Today

Kings G De’Aaron Fox vs. Spurs: 23.5 Points — More
Both the Kings and Spurs are playing in the second leg of a back-to-back, and point guard De’Aaron Fox is looking to bounce back after a disappointing performance from the field. Fox shot 8-of-23 and missed all seven of his 3-point attempts in a 115-110 loss against the Memphis Grizzlies.
He comes back getting the best matchup possible for point guards. The Spurs have given up the most points to opposing point guards this season. Fox will likely see Chris Paul as his primary defender. The veteran will unlikely be able to keep up with Fox, especially when he starts driving into the paint with his quick first step.
