There are two nationally televised NBA games tonight on ESPN. The first is a rematch of the recent NBA Finals between the current champions, the Boston Celtics, and the team that beat them in the previous Finals, the Golden State Warriors. The second game will feature Paul George and the 76ers taking on the team he spent five seasons with, the Clippers.

Other games around the league feature the two remaining undefeated teams — the Thunder and Cavaliers. The Thunder face a challenge as it travels to Denver to take on reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and the 2022 NBA champion Nuggets.

NBA DFS Games to Target Today

Here are two games to target for NBA DFS fantasy production today, Wednesday, November 6.

Warriors vs. Celtics

Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
How to Watch: ESPN

This game is a rematch of the 2022 NBA Finals. The Celtics lost that one and definitely want revenge. They’re now the defending champions and in a strong position to be back-to-back champions at 7-1; they lead the league with the best offense (123.7) but have seen a slight defensive regression, dropping from last season’s 109.2 to 112.0, which ranks 13th.

The Warriors' roster underwent changes to remain contenders in a tough Western Conference, including parting ways with splash brothers staple Klay Thompson. This needed to happen, as they were barely a play-in team the last couple of seasons.

Currently, the Warriors are 6-1, third in points scored (121.0), and second in points allowed (103.0). They recently got Steph Curry back from an ankle injury, so expect them to hang close in this game.

Thunder vs. Nuggets

Time: 9 p.m. ET
How to Watch: ESPN

Many consider the Thunder a preseason favorite to contend for the championship. It’s living up to expectations early on, remaining the last undefeated team in the West. Its offense is average, with point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander averaging 26.5 points and Chet Holmgren nearly averaging a double-double (17.7 points and 9.8 rebounds). Defense is its best shot at the championship, as the Thunder are the only team allowing below 100 points per game (97.5).

Oklahoma City is where Denver has been, with some key players still around from their championship team. Nikola Jokic looks like an early MVP favorite yet again, nearly averaging a triple-double — as usual, and scoring reliably.

NBA DFS Picks Today for PrizePicks

Below, you’ll find the top picks for NBA DFS today, Wednesday, November 6, including NBA DFS projections from PrizePicks.

Lakers F Anthony Davis vs. Grizzlies: 41 Pts+Rebs — More

  • Anthony Davis has More Than 41 Pts+Rebs in 5 of 7 games this year.

The Lakers are starting better than expected at 4-2, led by the sixth-best adjusted offensive efficiency. It’s all Anthony Davis, who has yet to finish in the top five in MVP voting with the Lakers. That could change this year, as he leads the league with 31.8 points per game and is fifth in rebounds (12.0).

Memphis allows the fifth-most points to power forwards (25.7) and the 11th-most rebounds (11.2), so this could be a high-scoring game and a big night for AD. The Grizzlies don’t should be no match down low for Davis.

Mavericks G Klay Thompson vs. Bulls: 3.5 Three-Pointers Made — Less

  • Klay Thompson has Less Than 3.5 3-Pointers Made in 3 of his last 4 games.

The Mavericks reached the NBA Finals last year, but after losing the series 4-1, they weren’t ready to be champions. Guards Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving lead their offense, but they felt they needed another piece to reach the next level.

That’s where Thompson comes in. After 11 seasons and four championships with the Warriors, he joined Dallas. It’s been a slow start for him, as his 14.7 points per game would be his lowest total since his rookie year.

The Mavericks brought him in for his three-point shooting, but his 38.7% would be his second-lowest career rate if the season ended today.

Thompson has gone less than this 3-pointers number in three of his last four games. He is averaging nearly 10 3-point shots per game, but only 7.3 per game over those games. After a hot start, he seems to be trending back down to where he was last year in Golden State.

The Bulls are a defensive challenge from beyond the arc, allowing the tenth-fewest threes (12.4).

Klay Thompson Projections Today

Here are more Klay Thompson projections for NBA DFS on PrizePicks today.

Pelicans F Brandon Ingram vs. Cavaliers: 23.5 Points — Less

  • Brandon Ingram has gone less than 23.5 Points in 3 of his last 6 games.

The Pelicans have been plagued by injuries this year. They have a lot of talent, but struggle to stay healthy. Zion Williamson missed the last two games and is a game-time decision tonight, while CJ McCollum and Dejounte Murray will remain out for this game. Guard Jordan Hawkins is also questionable with a back injury.

Going against the last undefeated team in the East will be tough for the Pels. Cleveland has the league's fifth-best defensive efficiency (1.055).

Ingram has been the team's top scorer, with 26+ points in the last three games, but two of those games were against Indiana and Atlanta, both in the bottom six in defensive efficiency and top 10 in pace. This game will be a tougher test for Ingram.
