NBA DFS Games to Target Today
Here are two games to target for NBA DFS fantasy production today, Monday, December 2.
Nets vs. Bulls
Time: 8 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA League Pass
The Bulls continue to be a team to attack for NBA DFS. Not only have they played at the fastest pace (104.88) in the league, but they have the second-worst defensive rating (118.4). The Nets also struggle on the defensive end, posting the seventh-worst defensive rating (116.8).
This is the second game of a back-to-back set for the Nets, who lost to the Magic on Sunday. Nets F Cameron Johnson sprained his ankle in the final minute of that game, so his status for this matchup Monday is up in the air. Nets G/F Ben Simmons also left that game with a knee injury and did not return, so the quick turnaround might make it difficult for him to play against the Bulls.
The Nets could ask for a lot from G Dennis Schroder, who has scored at least 20 points in three straight games. His usage rises to 26.5% when the Nets are without Cam Thomas, Simmons, and Johnson.
PrizePicks Projection to Consider: Nets G Dennis Schroder 22 Points — More
Pelicans vs. Hawks
Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA League Pass
The Hawks have played at the second-fastest pace (104.43) and have the 10th-worst defensive rating (114.4) in the league. The Pelicans have been even worse at slowing down the opposition, posting the fourth-worst defensive rating (118.0).
This is the second game of a back-to-back set for the Pelicans, who were blown out by the Knicks on Sunday. Pelicans F Brandon Ingram (calf) has missed four straight games and is uncertain for Monday. In his absence, Pelicans G C.J. McCollum has averaged 21.3 points and 2.5 three-pointers over the last four games.
Hawks G Trae Young (Achilles) and Hawks G Bogdan Bogdanovic (hamstring) are both on the injury report, but should play as they are both listed as probable.
PrizePicks Projection to Consider: Pelicans G Dejounte Murray 20.5 Points — More
NBA DFS Picks Today for PrizePicks
Here are four NBA DFS picks to help you build your PrizePicks NBA Lineups for today, Monday, December 2.
Lakers F/C Anthony Davis vs. Timberwolves: 26 Points — More
Lakers F/C Anthony Davis has dominated Timberwolves C Rudy Gobert. When they played each other earlier in the season, Davis scored 36 points. The Lakers played the Timberwolves four times last season and Davis left one of those games early with an injury. He scored at least 27 points in each of the other three games.
While it’s not ideal that this is the second game of a back-to-back set for the Lakers, Davis still has the potential to shine in a matchup he’s known to dominate.
Anthony Davis Projections Today
Here are more Anthony Davis Projections for NBA DFS on PrizePicks today, Monday, December 2.
Bulls C Nikola Vucevic vs. Nets: 1.5 3-PT Made — More
Bulls C Nikola Vucevic shot only 29.4% from behind the arc last season. That was rare for him, given that he has shot 34.6% from deep for his career. He has bounced back in that department this season, shooting 46.9% on three-pointers. That has helped him make at least two three-pointers in six of his last seven games.
After he nailed six three-pointers in his last game against the Celtics, he could sail past this projection.
Nikola Vucevic Projections Today

Hawks F Jalen Johnson vs. Pelicans: 13.5 Rebs+Asts — More
Hawks F Jalen Johnson is having a breakout offensive campaign by averaging 20.1 points per game and shooting 50.0% from the field. He has also thrived in other departments, averaging 10.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game. With regards to this projection, Johnson has combined for at least 14 rebounds and assists in seven of his last nine games.
The Pelicans have allowed the ninth-most rebounds per game (44.9) and the third-most assists per game (28.5) in the league, setting up Johnson to thrive in both departments.
Jalen Johnson Projections Today
Here are more Jalen Johnson Projections for NBA DFS on PrizePicks today, Monday, December 2.
Nets C Nicolas Claxton vs. Bulls: 25.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts — Less
An injury in the preseason resulted in Nets C Nicolas Claxton starting the regular season on a minutes restriction. More recently, a back injury has forced Claxton to miss five of the last nine games. Over the four games that he did play, he averaged 8.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
The big concern is that he didn’t log more than 28 minutes in any of those games. With this being the second game of a back-to-back set for the Nets, we could see Claxton held to under 30 minutes again.
