NFL Week 6 Storylines
The Cowboys Are Frauds (For Real This Time)
We were all thinking it after the embarrassing loss to the Cardinals and now after getting beat down by more than 30 to the 49ers it’s pretty clear. The Cowboys are what they always are. A team filled with talent that just can’t get it done.
The Bengals Are Back (Maybe?)
It’s been nothing if not a tough season for the Cincinnati Bengals. A few bad losses behind a quarterback battling through lingering injuries, an unhappy WR1 who just couldn’t seem to get enough touches, and a poor effort all around.
In Week 5, Joe Burrow stepped up and delivered, finally. Ja’marr Chase was unstoppable and went off for 192 yards and 3 TDs off 15 catches. The Bengals still have a lot of ground to make up but this is definitely a step in the right direction.
The Broncos Are a Dumpster Fire
It “might have been one of the worst coaching jobs in the history of the NFL”, said Broncos Coach Sean Payton referring to the former Denver Coach, Nathaniel Hackett. After starting 1-3 and giving up 70 points to the Dolphins, Denver lost to the Jets, where Hackett currently coaches.
Denver is so bad from top to bottom it’s (almost) not even funny. If it weren’t for Russ being the most cringe player in professional sports and just embarrassing coaching, it might not be so enjoyable for the rest of the league.

Week 6 TNF Preview and DFS Projections
We’ll keep this preview short. The Chiefs are almost certainly going to crush the Broncos. Despite the Chiefs not playing their best football, this should help them get back on track and remember what it’s like to have the best QB in football.
Depending on how bad this loss is, we’ll likely see some firings or major trades soon in Denver. Patrick Mahomes is hungry to get his numbers back up and remind everyone who he is.
Receiving Yards
Travis Kelce - TE, KC
While there’s way too much conversation and speculation about whether Taylor Swift will show up for this game, we know for a fact that Kelce wants to show up big time after hurting his foot late last week.
If there were ever an opportunity for an easy bounce back game, it’s against the Broncos. He’s projected 67.5, about 12 higher than his season average, but again…it’s Denver.

Pass Yards
Josh Allen - QB, BUF
It was a rocky Week 5 for Buffalo in London against the Jags. No one stood out or performed exceptionally coming off their big win against the Dolphins in Week 4. This week they have a chance to bounce back versus a weak Giants team at home.
Josh Allen is averaging over 280 per game this season and should take care of business easily against New York. Keep an eye out for a big game from him on Sunday night.

Jalen Hurts - QB, PHI
After a tough Super Bowl loss in 2022-23, the Eagles don’t look like they’ve lost a step this season. As one of the 2 remaining undefeated teams through 5 games, Jalen Hurts has been leading the way in a major way.
The QBis averaging over 250 yards per game and already has 10 TOT. Right now the Eagles are rolling and in Week 6 they face an inferior opponent in the Jets. Hurts could be a big problem for them if their defense doesn’t arrive ready to play.

Receiving Yards
Tyreek Hill - WR, MIA
“The Cheetah” has more than earned his nickname this year. In the last few games he and teammate De’Von Achane have gone back and forth recording the top speeds ever in an NFL game.
More than that, the WR is averaging 130 YPG this season. This week he takes on the Panthers who have struggled early. If Tua is accurate, there could be fireworks in MIA this Sunday.

Week 6 MNF Top DFS Projections
Pass Yards
Dak Prescott - QB, DAL
Like we said, the Cowboys are not who we originally thought. Through 5 games, Dak has been inconsistent and is only averaging about 212 YPG. Though this Chargers team is pretty shaky, it’s hard to put too much faith in Dak these days.

Receiving Yards
Keenan Allen - WR, LAC
The Chargers are off to a poor start to say the least. After reaching the playoffs last year, their hopes to build on that haven’t delivered anything yet.
Despite that, Keenan Allen is having an impressive year. Averaging over 100 yards per game, he’s only projected 74.5 against this talented Dallas D. Will the Chargers bring some electricity Monday night or will the Cowboys D stand strong?
