Only two games remain until the 2025 Super Bowl: the NFL Conference Championships. This Sunday, January 26, the Super Bowl teams will be decided. It’ll start with the Commanders vs. Eagles in the NFC Championship at 3 p.m. ET on FOX, followed by the Bills vs. Chiefs in the AFC Championship at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.

Below, our staff gave their 205 Super Bowl predictions based on who they expect to win the Conference Championships, as well as why they believe their pick will win the Super Bowl.

Who Will Win the Super Bowl 2025?

Only four teams remain in the hunt for the 2025 Super Bowl. Here are the current implied probabilities for each team to win the Super Bowl on Feb. 9, 2025, in New Orleans.

  1. Philadelphia Eagles — 36.4%
  2. Kansas City Chiefs — 32.1%
  3. Buffalo Bills — 28.6%
  4. Washington Commanders — 10.5%

Mike’s 2025 Super Bowl Prediction: Chiefs defeat Eagles

The NFC Championship Game should be close, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Commanders pulled off the upset. The Eagles had a comeback victory over the Commanders at home in Week 11, while the Commanders pulled off a comeback in Washington to defeat the Eagles in Week 16 after QB Jalen Hurts left the game with injury.

However, I’ll take the Eagles to win because they are 10-1 at home including the playoffs. The Commanders also allowed the third-most yards per carry during the regular season, which is a recipe for disaster against Saquon Barkley. He combined for 296 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns against them in two games during the regular season.

To me, the winner of the Super Bowl comes down to who wins the AFC. The Bills and Chiefs are both superior teams when compared to the Eagles and Commanders. I’ll take the Chiefs to come out of the AFC because of the game being in Kansas City. The Bills dominated at home, but they were just 5-4 on the road this season. Picking against Patrick Mahomes at home in the playoffs is just something I can’t do. Look for the Chiefs to then complete the three-peat with a win over the Eagles.

Ryelan’s 2025 Super Bowl Prediction: Eagles defeat Bills

A lot has changed since Wild Card week. Front runners to see the Super Bowl, the Lions and Ravens, couldn’t even make it to their respective Conference Championship. The Eagles are now the most likely to lift the Lombardi Trophy, edging out the Chiefs — who I don’t think will even get past the Bills.

The Chiefs season, especially if you are not a fan of them, could be categorized as close wins, opposing teams self-destructing, and the refs ensuring the Chiefs continue their winning ways. Last week against the Texans was no different, sparking debate around the NFL as to why the Chiefs are seemingly the leagues’ darling. These “fluke” wins will be put to an end when they meet MVP frontrunner QB Josh Allen, who was perfect against the Ravens.

On the other side of things, I see the Commanders amazing run coming to a close off the back of RB Saquon Barkley continuing to look like the best RB of the decade, and the Eagles defense making some big plays.

This leaves us with a Super Bowl featuring the Eagles vs the Bills, where I’m taking the Eagles to win in a close one. Hurts has thrown for less than 135 yards in back-to-back games, and yet the Eagles offense roars on. Saquon is too much to handle, seen on full display against the Rams as he ran for two TDs via a 62-yard rush and a 78-yard rush. I believe the Bills' downfall will be that their success relies solely on Allen to play out of his mind, and if he has any hiccups in his performance or even plays like a QB that isn’t having a legacy game  — the Eagles will likely be lifting the trophy.

Noel’s 2025 Super Bowl Prediction: Eagles defeat Bills

Although the Chiefs were missing some firepower in their regular season matchup against the Bills, Buffalo were also missing other defensive personnel which they have gotten back over time as well. While QB Josh Allen's postseason numbers so far have not been eye-popping in the playoffs, he has played efficient football. The Bills will finally end their playoff losing streak against the Chiefs.

In the NFC, the Eagles will defeat the Commanders in another tightly-contested affair. These two teams split the season series between them, but Jalen Hurts was missing in that Washington comeback win. Washington has been a great story these playoffs, but their defense will be their Achilles' heel in this matchup. They gave up 31 points to the Lions, a team who committed five turnovers, and the Eagles and their veterans will play mistake-free football to end the fairytale run of the Commanders.

This season, the Eagles will finally get a chance to avenge that loss to the Chiefs by lifting the Lombardi Trophy this year. The Eagles have been an elite offense and defense all year, ranking top-10 in offense and the number one defense at the end of the season. This team effort and overall well-roundedness will be too much for Josh Allen and Co. to overcome.

Christian’s 2025 Super Bowl Prediction: Chiefs defeat Commanders

Ask anyone but Chiefs fans who they want to win the Super Bowl, and you’ll get the same answer: “Anyone but the Chiefs.” But I’ve got some bad news for you. They’re going to three-peat behind a defense that has no serious vulnerabilities and an offense that is healthy and firing on all cylinders at the right time. Oh, and the best offensive play-caller and quarterback in the NFL to boot.

In the AFC Championship, we get the Chiefs and Bills, which I have no doubt will be incredibly close, and probably very high scoring. All three of the Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen Playoffs matchups have gone for 51 points or more, with an average of 62.7 points per game. Mahomes and the Chiefs have rolled in all three, with the two most recently won by one possession.

This simply comes down to the Chiefs having a slight edge on both sides of the ball, in addition to playing at home. Without three inexplicable turnovers from the Ravens last week, the Bills defense was getting clobbered, showing little to no resistance against the Ravens offense. The Chiefs have only turned the ball over 14 times all season.

The Bills are the worst defense of the remaining teams since Week 12 by EPA allowed, and I doubt they will be able to slow down this Andy Reid offense, especially when the playbook is fully unlocked in these final two games.

The NFC Championship is a tough one to gauge, but I’m giving the edge to Washington simply because I already had doubts about Jalen Hurts as a passer, and now he has an injured knee, which could hamper his rushing ability as well. Sure, Eagles RB Saquon Barkley could rush for 200+ yards and keep them in this game — after all, he’s averaged over 5 yards per carry for 148 yards across the two games against Washington this year. But if he can’t break off a big run here, it might not matter.

I have serious doubts about the Eagles keeping up with the Commanders offense that has put up over 30 points in five of their last nine games. In Washington’s five losses this season, opposing QBs averaged 255 yards passing. Hurts has only achieved that number four times this season, and only once after Week 6. Since then, the Eagles are 16th in dropback success rate — worst among remaining Playoff teams.

In the Super Bowl, the Chiefs should run over the Commanders on both sides, as I expect them to be out-coached on both sides of the ball. Defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo should have no issue containing QB Jayden Daniels on the ground, and Reid is an absolute mastermind that will expose a Commanders defense that has massive holes all over the defense.
