Bills vs. Jets MNF Week One Preview
Week one of NFL football was loaded with highlights, upsets, and crazy games. Lucky for us, it’s not over yet. Tonight the Buffalo Bills take on the New York Jets in Metlife Stadium. Our MNF preview will get you ready to lock in all of your favorite NFL DFS entries for tonight’s game.
After an embarrassing 40-0 shutout the other Meadowlands team suffered last night, these 2 New York teams will look to make statements with all eyes on them in this season's debut.
Buffalo will be led by their star quarterback, Josh Allen, while the New York Jets begin a new era behind veteran and former super bowl champion, Aaron Rodgers, who joined the team this offseason.
This game will go deeper than just quarterback play, however. This division game will be a statement to the rest of the AFC East. If the new-look Jets can shock the recently dominant Bills, the entire AFC playoff picture could shift early in the season. Whatever happens, we’re sure to see some fireworks between these two star-studded squads.
The MNF game kicks off tonight at 8:15 PM EST in Meadowlands, NJ as the New York Jets host the Buffalo Bills. Don’t forget to check out today’s board and lock in your entries ASAP!

Bills vs. Jets NFL DFS Projections - Monday Night Football
Pass Yards
Josh Allen - QB, BUF
Despite some early playoff exits in the Josh Allen era, the veteran Bills QB has been nothing but exceptional for Buffalo during his tenure. Allen, entering his 6th year with the Bills, is a human highlight reel.
Week after week, Allen has delivered some of the highest fantasy scores and stat lines. Though he’s sometimes overshadowed by that quarterback in Kansas City, Allen also has the potential to light up a game in a split second.
As he faces a young and relatively inexperienced Jets, expect fireworks from Allen tonight.

Aaron Rodgers - QB, NYJ
What is there to say about Aaron Rodgers? The 4x MVP and former super bowl champion has already cemented his spot in the Hall of Fame. What else does he have to prove? That he’s still got it.
It will be no small challenge in New York this season as he leads a young group who couldn’t break .500 last season. Fortunately, the Jets front office has surrounded him with talent to help out along the way.
Last year was a down year for Rodgers which led to his departure from Green Bay. The QB averaged about 217 yards per game, 15 yards shy of his projection for tonight’s New York debut. The question we’re all wondering is can this talented but inexperienced lineup get him to reach new heights this year?

Receiving Yards (Combo)
Garrett Wilson + Stefon Diggs - WR, NYJ + WR, BUF
Both of these receivers put up big numbers in 2022, especially Diggs who racked up over 1,400 yards and 11 TDs from just over 100 catches.
Garrett Wilson will be excited to start this year without the other Wilson (Zach) throwing him the ball. This season, he has maybe the most talented quarterback to ever play the game serving him dimes all year long.
In 2022, Diggs averaged about 84 receiving YPG while Wilson put up just under 65 per game. If their quarterbacks can play to the top of their game tonight, these all-star WRs could surpass their projection of 142.5 receiving yards (combo).

Sacks
Buffalo had a solid defense last season which helped push them to victory throughout the season. This year, Allen and his offensive unit will need more help from the Defense if they want to make a super bowl run this year.
The Bills D needs to set the tone early against their division rival, especially with Aaron Rodgers behind center. We all know what Rodgers can do to a defense if he has enough time. The Bills will need pressure and sacks to win tonight. Last year they averaged 2.5 a game, half a sack above their 2.0 projection against Rodgers & co. tonight.

Rush Yards
Dalvin Cook - RB, NYJ
After recently signing to the New York Jets, Dalvin Cook finds himself facing off against his brother, James Cook, tonight in his 2023 and NYJ debut.
The former Viking was an absolute beast on the field and in fantasy football during his time in Minnesota. Now he looks to help out another veteran, Aaron Rodgers, as they try to make waves in this tough AFC East division.
Tonight he’s projected 45.5 yards and he’ll need all of them if the Jets stand a chance against the powerhouse Bills.
