Jaguars vs. Bills: Monday Night Football Picks & Predictions
Check out our full Jaguars vs. Bills Monday Night Football picks.
Bills QB Josh Allen — More than 31.5 Rush Yards
Bills QB Josh Allen ran for 39 yards in Week 1, before putting up a 2-yard dud in Week 2, as the Bills cruised and leaned on RB James Cook to salt the clock. That Week 2 game was the only time that Allen has missed this number in his last six games, dating back to 2023.
Since 2022, in 22 one-possession games, Allen has averaged 46.4 rushing guards per game. With this one expected to be close, Allen should look to use his legs to win this game.
Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence — More than 0.5 INT (Goblin Pick)
While Trevor Lawrence has yet to throw an interception this year, he should regress here after last year’s league-leading 15 interceptions and 26 turnover-worthy throws (second most in the NFL).
In last year’s matchup with the Bills, Lawrence had three turnover-worthy throws, but none resulted in an interception. Lawrence is due for one against a strong BIlls pass rush that forced three interceptions against the Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa last week.
Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. — More than 18.5 Longest Reception
The Jaguars look keen on taking down-field shots to start 2024. QB Trevor Lawrence is second among QBs with an 11.9-yard average depth of target (aDOT) so far, while rookie WR Brian Thomas Jr. is tied for ninth among receivers with a 16.3 yard aDOT.
Thomas looks like a clear target for Lawrence downfield. While the Bills have only allowed 179 passing yards per game so far, this could be the game they get exposed, as they grade out as only the 25th pass defense on PFF.
Thomas’ full-game receiving yards projection is 43.5 on PrizePicks.

Jaguars vs. Bills: TD Scorer Picks
Brian Thomas Jr. + Jayden Daniels Rush+Rec TD Scorer (Combo)
Look for these rookies to show out on Monday Night. Let’s not forget that the Jaguars are replacing wide receivers Calvin Ridley and Zay Jones this year, who combined for 34 red-zone targets last year.
Jaguars rookie WR Brian Thomas Jr. is the top-graded Jaguars receiver so far via PFF, and this could be his spot to emerge on primetime.
As for Jayden Daniels, he has 8 red-zone rushes (2 touchdowns) in two games, with three of those coming inside the five-yard line (both touchdowns). Meanwhile, RB Brian Robinson Jr. has only one rush inside the five so far this year.
Take the combo on these two to cash it if either score — both have a decent chance to get into the end-zone tonight.
Bills RB James Cook Rush+Rec TD Scorer
The Bills have been more willing to go Cook’s way at the goal line this year, with two rushes inside the five so far, and four inside the 20. But Cook has looked explosive all over the field, as he looks poised for a breakout season.
Cook has a 43% breakaway rush percentage, per PFF, which is fifth among backs with at least 20 carries.
Commanders vs. Bengals: Monday Night Football Picks & Predictions
Check out all of our Commanders vs. Bengals Monday Night Football picks.
Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase 79.5 Receiving Yards — MORE
You couldn’t ask for a better get-right spot for Chase, who has just 97 yards on 10 catches in two games so far. Chase was clamped by the Patriots in Week 1, and shutdown by Chiefs CB Trent McDuffie in Week 2.
Now, Chase gets a matchup against the worst secondary in the NFL. While Tee Higgins will return from injury on Monday Night Football, it’s a welcome return for Chase, who should get less 1-on-1 opportunities tonight.
Bengals RB Zack Moss 13.5 Rush Attempts — MORE
Zack Moss is the clear RB1 in Cincinnati, out-snapping RB2 Chase Brown 81 to 27 over the first two weeks. In a matchup where the Bengals are expected to lead, they should lean on Moss and the run game more than their first two games.

Commanders vs. Bengals: TD Scorer Picks
Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase Rush+Rec TD Scorer (Demon Pick)
Chosen to score a TD in both our MNF Preview and TD scorer article, Chase is a popular pick to get in the end-zone this week. Last year, Chase totaled 21 red-zone targets across 16 games, but has just one so far this year. Look for him to pick up the pace here, as he draws a Washington defense that has already given up 6 passing touchdowns.
Brian Thomas + Jayden Daniels Rush+Rec TD Scorer
