Monday Night Football Picks, Predictions, TD Scorers for Today
NFL Week 4 is capped off with a double header on Monday Night Football. Which means plenty of spots for tonight’s NFL DFS picks for PrizePicks. You love to see it.
One is an AFC showdown between the Titans and Dolphins — two teams currently lacking at the QB position.
The second is a high-flying showdown between the Seahawks and Lions in Detroit, where Jared Goff and Geno Smith will go head-to-head. Last year, the Seahawks-Lions matchup was a 37-31 overtime win for the Seahawks, as both QBs threw for over 300 yards.
It goes without saying which of these two matchups has more offensive upside. But we’ve got picks for both Monday Night Football games tonight below.

Titans RB Tony Pollard 68.5 Rush+Rec Yards — MORE
The Dolphins are coming off games where they got gauged against dual-threat running backs.
One against Bills RB James Cook, who had 78 rushing yards and a 17-yard receiving TD in a blowout win where Ray Davis took 9 carries. Then again last week against Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet, who rushed for 91 yards, 2 TDs, and added 16 yards receiving on three receptions.
Pollard will have every opportunity to do the same here, as he is getting over two-thirds of the touches out of the Titans backfield.
Dolphins P Jake Bailey 1.5 Punts Inside 20 — MORE
You can really find it all for Monday Night Football on PrizePicks — even punters. Dolphins punter Jake Bailey had six punt attempts with QB Skylar Thompson under center last week. Half of them landed inside the 20-yard line, bringing his total to seven on the year.
This game is going to come down to field position with QB Tyler Huntley under center. So expect Bailey to let punts rip again as the Dolphins struggle to move the ball.
Titans vs. Dolphins TD Scorer Pick: Tyreek Hill + Tony Pollard TD
It’s not often we see a TD scorer combo of two of the three most likely players to score a touchdown in a single game. On Monday, we’re blessed with that situation, as Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill and Titans RB Tony Pollard are on the Rush+Rec TD (combo) board.
This should be a ugly game, so taking a single player TD square seems too risky.
However, if we’re taking one here, Pollard seems more likely to score, as he can rush one in, or catch a TD pass, as he has 14 targets on the year. Hill has Tyler Huntley under center; you have to assume that coach Mike McDaniels will scheme ways to get Hill the ball here for chunk plays.

Seahawks QB Geno Smith 251.5 Pass Yards — MORE
Seahawks QB Geno Smith looks to be having a career resurgence so far this year, leading the Seahawks to a 3-0 record early in the year. His 52.4% success rate ranks sixth among all QBs, and fourth in completion percentage over expected (CPOE).
While his surface metrics of 3 TDs and 3 INTs don’t tell a great story, Smith is absolutely amongst the best QBs in the NFC right now. And now he draws a Lions defense whose pass defense is middle of the pack in virtually every metric.
Smith will need to put on a show in Detroit if the Seahawks are going to keep up with the Lions offense.
Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker 50.5 Rush Yards — LESS
This projection has moved down since our initial write up, but Walker is still coming back from an injury against a Lions defense that has been stingy to opposing running backs. The Lions are giving up just 2.6 yards per carry this year.
RB Zach Charbonnet should mix in plenty here, as Walker eases back from the injury. Combined with the rough matchup, expect Walker to stay under this number unless he can break off some chunk runs.
Seahawks vs. Lions TD Scorer Pick: Lions RB David Montgomery
David Montgomery is the TD scorer pick here. Montgomery has scored a TD in 16-of-20 games including the playoffs for Detroit, including a TD in every game this year. If the Lions are at the goal line, it’s going to Montgomery.
Beyond Montgomery’s history of scoring TDs, the Seahawks are missing key pieces on the defensive line, which could give Montgomery an edge on inside rushes.
