Below, you’ll find six player picks for the NFC Championship to help you create your NFL PrizePicks Lineup for Commanders vs. Eagles, including the Jayden Daniels Free Pick.
- Commanders QB Jayden Daniels Free Pick — 0.5 Pass Yards
- Eagles QB Jalen Hurts 31.5 Rush Yards — More
- Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. 9.5 Rush Attempts – More

- TD Scorer: Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (Demon)
Commanders QB Jayden Daniels Free Pick — 0.5 Pass Yards
PrizePicks is making it even easier to cash in on the NFL Conference Championship games this year by giving you a Jayden Daniels free pick for Sunday. If Commanders QB Jayden Daniels passes for just one yard, you’ll cash his projection. That means you only need to cash at least one more projection to get paid out on the Conference Championships.
The Daniels free pick will be on the board until the start of the NFC Championship, at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 26.
Eagles QB Jalen Hurts 31.5 Rush Yards — More
By: Ryelan Jones
Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has run for 28 or more yards in 15 of 19 games this season and into the Playoffs — including his last game against the Commander, which he left early. All signs point to, for the first time in his career, teams being more worried about a more dangerous runner on the team in RB Saquon Barkley.
You have to go back 12 weeks just to find the last time he didn't clear 29 yards, and it was in a blow out win against the Giants. To speak on recency, in his last five Hurts has cleared at an average of 50 rush yards a game.
By now you may be thinking this is a Goblin projection, but it’s not. The caveat here is that Hurts comes into this game with a nagging knee injury. I’m trusting the world class staff and doctors can have him feeling right in time for the game Sunday, as the matchup is super appealing for a whole lot of Hurts rushing yards. It helps that he participated in the team’s first walkthrough of the week.
The Commanders rank 16th in rush yards allowed to QBs per game at 20, and 30th in the league in rush yards allowed per game at 138.9. Combine that with the defensive gameplan likely being to mitigate Barkley damage, and I see a path where Hurts gets multiple rushes of 15+ yards untouched.

Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. 9.5 Rush Attempts – More
By: Mike Barner
Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. hasn’t exactly been racking up yards on the ground. He had six games during the regular season in which he rushed for fewer than 40 yards. However, that hasn’t been because of a lack of opportunities. The Commanders gave him at least 10 carries in 11 of the 14 games that he played.
The Commanders have continued to rely on Robinson in the playoffs. He had 10 carries against the Buccaneers in the Wild Card Round, then followed that up with 15 carries against the Lions last week.
During the regular season, he received at least 10 carries in both games against the Eagles, as they looked to take the pressure off QB Jayden Daniels. Look for Robinson to receive double-digit rushing attempts again.
Eagles RB Saquon Barkley 25.5 Rush Yards In First 5 Attempts — More
By: Noel Alberto
While Tampa was able to keep breakout rookie Bucky Irving at bay in their first playoff game, the same cannot be said when they went up against Jahmyr Gibbs. In his first three carries alone, he broke off 25 yards and added another 40+ in his final two of his first five.
Barkley has cleared this projection once in their regular season meetings but has ripped off long runs to soar more than this projection both times in the Playoffs so far. The Commanders know Jalen Hurts is ailing, but that poor run defense will have their hands full trying to stop Barkley.
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert 38.5 Receiving Yards — More
By: Austin Wells
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert has had a rough season, missing games due to injury and being the fourth option on a powerful offense. In recent weeks, Goedert has proven to be a reliable target for Jalen Hurts after a lack of production from WR A.J. Brown in the playoffs. Although the Commanders have the fifth-ranked passing defense in the NFL in passing yards allowed, a lot of the focus will be on Saquon Barkley to carry the Eagles' offense.
With an increased blitz rate and Marshon Lattimore shadowing Brown all game, look for Philadelphia to utilize playaction passes to target Goedert and Grant Calcaterra. Hurts’ recent knee injury could prove to limit his mobility, forcing the Eagles to get the ball out quick and find quick passes. The Commanders allow nearly 10 yards per reception to tight ends and Goedert has had four or more receptions in 67% of his games this season.
TD Scorer: Commanders WR Terry McLaurin 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs (Demon)
By: Jacob Wallace
Commanders WR Terry McLaurin has scored a touchdown in both NFL playoff games this year. Over the past eight games he’s played in, McLaurin has scored nine total touchdowns. He is clearly Jayden Daniels’ favorite player to throw to with a 23.6% target share, per PlayerProfile.
The Eagles are known for their amazing secondary who shut down wide receivers allowing just 22 touchdown passes all season, but back in Week 16, Terry scored a touchdown. Daniels will look to feed his top target in the biggest game of his rookie campaign, especially around the end zone.
