Top Games to Target in Week 14 for DFS
Seahawks vs. Cardinals — 4:05 p.m. ET
One of the week’s most anticipated matchups features a crucial NFC West showdown between the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks.
Despite entering the season with lofty expectations, the Seahawks’ defense has been no better than average. They currently allow over 227 passing yards per game and nearly 130 rushing yards per contest. Most concerning is their vulnerability against the run, as opposing running backs have consistently averaged nearly five yards per carry.
This presents a favorable opportunity for the Cardinals’ ground attack, led by James Conner — who has averaged about 73 rushing yards per game over his last 20 outings. It’s bolstered by the dual-threat capabilities of QB Kyler Murray, who averages 40 rushing yards per game.
Seattle’s pass defense has similarly underperformed, giving up 23 completions per game, which places them outside the NFL’s top 20 in that category.
On the other side, Geno Smith’s passing yardage projection of 253.5 has been reached in half of his games this season. Against one of the weaker secondaries he’ll face this year, Smith could be primed for a strong performance.
PrizePicks Picks to Consider: Geno Smith 253.5 Pass Yards / James Conner 62.5 Rush Yards
Bills vs. Rams — 4:25 p.m. ET
The Buffalo Bills will head to Los Angeles to take on the Rams in a high-stakes matchup for both teams. The Bills remain the top seed in the AFC, but for the Rams, currently sitting at 6-6, this contest is crucial for keeping their playoff hopes alive.
Los Angeles boasts a top WR duo featuring Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, presenting a significant challenge for Buffalo’s secondary. Cornerback Rasul Douglas, who will likely be matched up against Nacua, has struggled this season, allowing a passer rating over 120 and more than 11 yards per reception, per PFF.
Meanwhile, Kupp will be facing a corner who has also yielded a passer rating above 100 and over 10 yards per reception — whether it’s Tyron Johnson or another Bills defensive back..
On the offensive side, this will be one of the rare occasions when the Rams’ offensive line is fully healthy and intact, providing quarterback Matthew Stafford with ample time to survey the field.
Outside of Gregory Rousseau, the Bills lack a premier pass rusher, which could give Stafford even more breathing room to find his receivers.
On the other hand, Bills QB Josh Allen is in the midst of an MVP-caliber season and will be facing a Rams defense that ranks near the bottom in passing yards allowed (over 230 per game) and is also vulnerable against the run (allowing over 145 yards per game, 27th in the NFL). This presents a prime opportunity for Allen to continue bolstering his MVP campaign.
In addition, recently acquired Bills WR Amari Cooper has been heating up and is set to face Darius Williams, who ranks 59th in coverage and is giving up a passer rating near 130.
PrizePicks Picks to Consider: Josh Allen + Matthew Stafford 492.5 Pass Yards (Combo) / Puka Nacua 6.5 Receptions

Best OL/DL Matchups to Target: Week 14
Saints OL vs. Giants DL
The Giants once boasted one of the NFL’s best defensive lines, but the loss of DT Dexter Lawrence — who was having a Pro Bowl-caliber season — and edge rusher Azeez Ojulari has significantly weakened the unit.
Interior lineman D.J. Davidson will attempt to fill Lawrence’s role. Lawrence is considered among the league’s elite, ranking 17th out of 116 interior defensive linemen this season, per PFF. With Lawrence sidelined, Rakeem Nunez-Roches will also see increased snaps, though he currently ranks 95th out of 116 at his position.
The Saints’ offensive line struggled with injuries early in the season but is finally returning to health. Center Erik McCoy will return to the lineup this week after a full practice on Friday. Guard Lucas Patrick ranks 19th out of 73 NFL guards and has yet to allow a single sack or quarterback hit this season, per PFF. Fellow guard Cesar Ruiz also excels, ranking 28th out of 73 and allowing just one hit and one sack all year.
Saints QB Derek Carr should have plenty of time to dice up what is a lackluster Giants secondary, as it’s unlikely they’ll be able to create any pressure.
Jaguars DL vs. Titans OL
Despite a disappointing overall season, the Jaguars still feature a respectable defensive line. Edge rusher Josh Allen ranks 15th out of 115 NFL edge defenders and has recorded 35 quarterback hurries, per PFF, placing him among the top five in that category. Former first-overall pick Travon Walker sits at 44th out of 115 edge defenders, and the unit also includes a seasoned veteran in Eric Armstead, who ranks 59th out of 115 and was himself a former first-round selection.
The Titans’ offensive line has been underwhelming at best. It is led by center Daniel Brunskill, who ranks 37th out of 39 NFL centers, per PFF. Right tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere ranks 73rd out of 77 tackles, placing him among the league’s least effective at his position, having allowed nine sacks this season.
The Jaguars should be able to get consistent pressure on Titans QB Will Levis in this matchup.
Best WR/CB Matchups to Target: Week 14
Giants WR Malik Nabers vs. Saints CB Alontae Taylor
Editor’s Note: Nabers is questionable to play with a hip flexor injury, and looks to be more on the doubtful side. He was downgraded to ‘did not practice’ in Friday’s practice, which is a bad sign for Sunday. Nabers was previously dealing with groin injury on his other side. That should leave WR Darius Slayton in the plus matchup against Taylor, if Nabers is ruled out on Sunday.
Rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers is rapidly establishing himself as one of the NFL’s best at his position. He has nearly 100 targets, averages close to 10 yards per reception, and ranks in the top five in both targets and receptions in his first year.
Lined up against him is cornerback Alontae Taylor, who ranks 111th out of 113 NFL corners, via PFF. Taylor has surrendered a passer rating over 115, nearly 13 yards per reception, and has allowed the most receptions to wide receivers this season — all indicators of a favorable matchup for Nabers.
PrizePicks to Consider: Giants WR Mailk Nabers Receiving Yards / Receptions
Eagles WR A.J. Brown vs. Panthers CB Mike Jackson
Eagles WR A.J. Brown is undeniably one of the NFL’s top three wide receivers this season. He averages nearly 20 yards per reception, delivers a 130 passer rating when targeted, and hasn’t recorded a single drop.
Across from him will be 2019 fifth-round pick Mike Jackson, who is allowing a 100 passer rating and nearly 13 yards per reception. Additionally, Jackson has allowed the 10th-most receptions to receivers this year, suggesting a strong opportunity for Brown to excel.
PrizePicks to Consider: AJ Brown 77.5 Receiving Yards / 0.5 Rush+Rec TD (Demon)
Best TD Scorer Picks for Week 14
Seahawks WR D.K. Metcalf vs. Cardinals (Demon)
Seattle WR D.K. Metcalf, a proven veteran and QB Geno Smith’s top target, is having another strong campaign. He ranks in the top 25 in both targets and receptions, generates nearly a 100 passer rating when targeted, and averages 15 yards per reception.
Opposite him, CB Sean Murphy-Bunting has struggled since arriving from Tampa Bay, ranking 93rd out of 109 NFL cornerbacks. When targeted, Murphy-Bunting allows a passer rating over 100 and gives up nearly 12 yards per reception, making this an advantageous matchup for Metcalf.
Metcalf’s touchdown square is a Demon pick, which boosts your Lineup payout.
Steelers WR George Pickens vs. Browns (Demon)
Steelers WR George Pickens has come on strong since Russell Wilson took over at QB, and now he will be matched up with Browns CB Martin Emerson Jr., who has struggled all season.
Emerson is allowing a 110 passer rating and more than 13 yards per reception. He has surrendered 35 receptions, placing him among the bottom 30 cornerbacks in the NFL.
Emerson will have his hands full with Pickens, who is enjoying his best season since entering the league with Wilson.
Pickens is averaging nearly 16 yards per reception and currently ranks inside the top 20 in targets, receptions, and receiving yards, setting the stage for a challenging matchup for Emerson.
Pickens’ touchdown square is a Demon projection, which boosts your Lineup payout.
