Giants vs. Cowboys: Time, How to Watch, Location
Date: Thursday, November 28, 2024
Time: 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff
Location: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas
How to Watch: FOX
These two teams met on Thursday Night Football back in Week 4 where the Cowboys prevailed 20-15. It was a huge game for wide receivers as CeeDee Lamb, Malik Nabers, and Wan’Dale Robinson all had monster numbers; Lamb went 7-98-1, Nabers went 12-115 before he was knocked out with a concussion, and Robinson had 11 catches for 71 yards.
Both quarterbacks in that game — Dak Prescott and Daniel Jones — will not be playing on Thanksgiving. Prescott went under season-ending surgery on his hamstring while Jones is no longer on the Giants. This week’s starting quarterbacks will be Rush and DeVito.
This NFC East showdown has two teams who are bottom-10 in rushing yards allowed and bottom-10 in fantasy score allowed to opposing running backs. It will be interesting to watch if the running backs get going early since Rico Dowdle and Devin Singletary struggled on the ground in that first Thursday matchup combining for 70 yards on 25 carries. However, the Giants have new life in the run game with RB Tyrone Tracy Jr., plus rushing upside that DeVito brings.
Giants vs. Cowboys Best Picks for NFL DFS
Here are the top PrizePicks picks for the Giants vs. Cowboys NFL Thanksgiving game showdown in Week 13.
- Giants WR Malik Nabers 5.5 Receptions — More
- Giants RB Tyrone Tracy 19.5 Rush Yards in First 5 Attempts — More
- Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb 15.5 Fantasy Score — More
- Cowboys K Brandon Aubrey 10 Fantasy Score — More
Giants WR Malik Nabers 6.5 Receptions — More (Demon)
Malik Nabers aired out his frustrations to the media after the team’s loss to the Buccaneers calling the team soft and “complaining” about his usage. In the first half of Sunday’s game, Nabers only saw two targets. Seven of his nine targets came in the second half when the team was either down 23 or 30-0.
Head coach Brian Daboll spoke to Nabers and said he has to a better job of getting his elite rookie receiver the ball more after last week’s loss.
Look for the Giants to scheme Nabers in any way, shape, or form to get him the ball early and often. Should this happen, the former LSU wideout could soar above this 6.5 reception Demon projection. He has gone more than this Demon number in five of his 10 game this year.
Note: Demon picks add a payout boost to your lineup on PrizePicks, as they are more difficult projections to hit.

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy 19.5 Rush Yards in First 5 Attempts — More
As stated earlier, the Cowboys defense has been one of the league’s worst to this point. They are a bottom-five team in yards allowed per game and fantasy points to opposing running backs.
Running backs against the Cowboys have had success in their first five attempts with only Singletary, Derrick Henry, Jordan Mason, and Brian Robinson not having cleared 5 yards per carry in those first five attempts. Henry’s first five carries were on short fields when the Ravens reeled off chunk plays against Dallas, while Robinson was hurt and came back.
Since taking over the backfield in Week 5, the only time Tracy has not cleared more than 19 yards in his first five carries was against the Bengals. His efficiency on the ground as well as the poor Cowboys run defense make this a great matchup for him.
Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb 15.5 Fantasy Score — More
CeeDee Lamb has enjoyed playing against the Giants in his career averaging over 91 yards per game against them. With Rush under center, the Cowboys have made it a focus to get the ball to Lamb. His targets in three games this season with Rush are 10, 12, and 12, and that will likely be the focus again this week after he went for 7-98-1 against them in the first meeting.
While the Cowboys may get back TE Jake Ferguson this week, Lamb is just the clear top target on this team and a mismatch for opposing defenses.
Two of three starts with Rush have seen Lamb go more than this 15.5 Fantasy Score number, and he will likely want to find the endzone this season after going scoreless in his last four games.

Taking fantasy score here gives many different avenues for hitting the more, with PrizePicks scoring being point-per-reception scoring. Lamb also has gotten carries this season, so picking up a few yards there could be the difference between going more or not.
Cowboys K Brandon Aubrey 10 Fantasy Score — More
The usually remarkable kicker Brandon Aubrey has felt “mortal” over the last couple of games. He went 2-for-4 on field goal attempts on Sunday against the Commanders with one block and one hitting the right upright. He also missed his first ever kick at home against the Texans two weeks ago.
Those three misses in his last two games have knocked his field goal percentage down to 83 percent after a 94 percent rookie season. Despite the misses, he is still one of the best in the league from distance with one miss all season from 50-plus, ironically against the Giants.
A 50-plus-yard field goal is five points, so if he nails another attempt from distance, it would put him in prime position to clear this projection.
This game isn’t expected to have too much offense, with both offenses inside the bottom half of the league in yards per game and both playing with backup QBs. Both defensive lines can get pressure to prevent easy red-zone trips as well. Look for Aubrey to bounce back with a great performance.
