This game was scheduled to be at home for the Rams again, but the fires in California have forced the NFL to move it to Arizona — luckily the Rams got an extra day to alleviate any travel issues, as it seemed to have a negative impact on the Chargers in their loss to Houston.

The Vikings are coming off a tough loss to the Lions in Week 18 that prevented them from earning the top seed in the NFC, as QB Sam Darnold played one of his worst games of the season. 

Meanwhile, the Rams come into this game well rested after sitting many of their top players in Week 18. They had their bye in Week 6, so it provided some much-needed time off for their key veterans, as it seemed HC Sean McVay was content to get the four-seed. Now, they come into this game as healthy as they've been all season.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford finished with just 20 passing touchdowns this season. However, he did pick things up in that department down the stretch, totaling at least two touchdown passes in six of his final 10 games. That included when he threw four touchdown passes against the Vikings in Week 8. In what has the potential to be a high-scoring game between two loaded offenses, Stafford should receive multiple opportunities to record touchdown passes.

Vikings RB Aaron Jones 21.5 Receiving Yards – More

This is a great matchup for Vikings RB Aaron Jones, who is one of the more versatile running backs in the league. He was productive in the passing game this season, totaling at least 23 receiving yards in 10 of his 17 games. When he faced the Rams previously, he caught two passes for 37 yards. The Rams allowed the third-most yards per target to running backs (7.28) in the league, leaving Jones in a favorable spot to surpass this projection.
