Who to Start in Week 10: Quarterbacks

Here are two QBs you should start in fantasy football for Week 10.

Giants QB Daniel Jones vs. Panthers

Week 9 brought another loss for the Giants, who are 2-7 this season. Giants QB Daniel Jones struggled in the first half and only finished the game with 174 passing yards. However, he had two passing touchdowns in addition to 54 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown.

He is a great rushing quarterback, posting at least 38 rushing yards in three of his last five games. The Panthers are tied for the second-most touchdown passes allowed (18) in the league and are allowing 4.6 yards per carry, so Jones has the potential to post one of his best stat lines of the season.

The Panthers gave up 50 rush yards on 3 rushes to Commanders QB Jayden Daniels and 34 rush yards on 5 rushes to Bears QB Caleb Williams.

PrizePicks Projection: Daniel Jones 25.5 Rush Yards – More

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers vs. Cardinals

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers has had added rest after the Jets played on Thursday Night Football last week. He has thrown at least two touchdown passes in four of his last five games and has one of the best wide receiver duos in the league now with Jets WRs Davante Adams and Garrett Wilson.

Expect Rodgers to have plenty of upside against the Cardinals, who have allowed the fifth-highest pass EPA per play (0.15) in the league, per 4for4 Fantasy Football.

PrizePicks Projection: Aaron Rodgers 237.5 Pass Yards – More

Who to Start in Week 10: Running Backs

Here are three RBs you should start in fantasy football for Week 10.

Bills RB James Cook vs. Colts

Bills RB James Cook has rushed for fewer than 50 yards in four of his last six games. However, he has five rushing touchdowns over that span, somewhat salvaging his value in fantasy.

Week 10 brings a great bounce-back spot for him against the Colts, who have allowed the fifth-highest explosive rush percentage (11.54%) in the league, per 4for4.

PrizePicks Projection: James Cook 59.5 Rush Yards – More

Bears RB D’Andre Swift vs. Patriots

Bears RB D’Andre Swift brings value both on the ground and in the passing game. While he only had 51 rushing yards on 16 carries against the Cardinals last week, he caught all six of his targets for an additional 31 yards. That marked his fourth game of the season with at least four receptions.

Swift will face a Patriots team that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to running backs in PPR scoring formats (26.4) in the league.

The Patriots have also given up 10 rushing touchdowns to running backs, which is tied for the second-most in the league.

PrizePicks Projection: D’Andre Swift 71.5 Rush Yards – More

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. vs. Panthers

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. has surpassed Giants RB Devin Singletary on the depth chart. Singletary has received 14 total carries over the last three games, while Tracy had 42 carries during that span.

Tracy posted 234 rushing yards and a touchdown over those three games. The Panthers have allowed the second-highest rush EPA per play (0.05) in the league per 4for4, leaving Tracy with significant upside in his new role.

PrizePicks Projection: Tyrone Tracy Jr. 69.5 Rush Yards – More

Who to Start in Week 10: Wide Receivers

Here are three WRs you should start in fantasy football for Week 10.

Vikings WR Justin Jefferson vs. Jaguars

Vikings WR Justin Jefferson torched the Colts for seven receptions and 137 yards on Sunday Night Football. That marked his third game of the season with at least 115 receiving yards, two of which have come over his last two games.

He has accounted for 33.0% of the Vikings’ targets this season and has an average depth of target of 12.2 yards. While TE TJ Hockenson may become a bigger part of the offense after his return, it should only help Jefferson draw softer coverage.

His upside is as high as it gets in a matchup with the Jaguars, who have allowed the second-highest explosive pass percentage (15.87%) in the league per 4for4.

PrizePicks Projection: Justin Jefferson 91.5 Receiving Yards – More

Jets WR Garrett Wilson vs. Cardinals

The addition of WR Davante Adams has not proven to be a detriment for Wilson. Wilson has been targeted 27 times over three games with Adams in the fold, posting at least 90 receiving yards in two of them. He also had two touchdown receptions in Week 9, giving him a total of five for the season.

Given the Cardinals’ struggles to defend the pass as previously discussed, Wilson has the potential to provide another juicy stat line.

PrizePicks Projection: Garrett Wilson 65.5 Receiving Yards – More

Colts WR Josh Downs vs. Bills

The Colts naming Joe Flacco as their starting quarterback is good news for Colts WR Josh Downs. Downs has finished with at least six receptions and 60 receiving yards in all four games that Flacco has played in this season. The key was, he was targeted at least nine times in each of those games.

The Colts should be forced to throw a lot this week to try and keep up with the Bills, who have averaged 28.9 points per game.

PrizePicks Projection: Josh Downs 61.5 Receiving Yards – More

Who to Start in Week 10: Tight Ends

Here are two TEs you should start in fantasy football for Week 10.

Jaguars TE Evan Engram vs. Vikings

Jaguars TE Evan Engram finished with five receptions for 45 yards against the Eagles last week. More importantly, he was targeted 10 times. That was the second time in the last four games that he received double-digit targets.

Engram has been targeted on a whopping 33.3% of his routes run this season, and he’s likely benefitting from the injury to WR Christian Kirk.

The Jaguars have been terrible on defense, so their offense should need to throw a lot to try and keep pace with the Vikings. Engram could at least approach double-digit targets again.

PrizePicks Projection: Evan Engram 51.5 Receiving Yards – More

Bills TE Dalton Kincaid vs. Colts

Like Engram, Bills TE Dalton Kincaid was targeted 10 times last week. He only finished with four receptions for 32 yards. Still, that marked his sixth straight game with at least six targets.

That type of heavy workload could pay dividends in a matchup against the Colts, who have allowed the sixth-most receiving yards to tight ends (533) in the league, as well as five touchdowns to the position.

PrizePicks Projection: Dalton Kincaid 38.5 Receiving Yards – MORE
