Who to Start or Sit in Week 15: Quarterbacks
Start: Jets QB Aaron Rodgers 230.5 Pass Yards – More
Jets QB Aaron Rodgers threw for 339 yards against the Dolphins last week. That was his first game with at least 300 passing yards this season. Prior to that, he had three straight games with fewer than 200 passing yards.
Week 15 brings a matchup with the Jaguars, who have the highest pass EPA per play allowed (0.24) in the league, per 4for4 Fantasy Football. Look for Rodgers to stay hot in an easy matchup.
Sit: Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield 255.5 Pass Yards – Less
Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield only needed 29 pass attempts to throw for 295 yards and three touchdowns against the Raiders last week. Prior to that, he had thrown for 235 yards or fewer in three of four games.
Mayfield will be facing a more difficult matchup in Week 15 against the Chargers, who have allowed the third-lowest explosive pass percentage (10.27%) in the league, per 4for4, and just limited Patrick Mahomes to 210 passing yards.

Who to Start or Sit in Week 15: Running Backs
Start: Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard 75.5 Rush Yards – More
Panthers RB Jonathon Brooks missed the start of the season as he recovered from a torn ACL. He lasted just three games in his return before tearing his ACL again last week. With him sidelined, Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard will have no shortage of work moving forward.
Hubbard has the potential to provide a juicy stat line against the Cowboys, who have the highest rush EPA per play allowed (0.13) in the league, per 4for4.
Start: Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. 69.5 Rush Yards – More
Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. comes into this matchup fresh after a bye in Week 14. In his last game, he turned 16 carries into 103 yards and a touchdown against the Titans. Another hefty workload should be coming his way this week with Austin Ekeler (concussion) on injured reserve.
Ekeler’s injury leaves Robinson with plenty of upside against the Saints, who have the third-highest rush EPA per play allowed (0.08) in the league, per 4for4.
Sit: Browns RB Nick Chubb 43.5 Rush Yards – Less
Entering this year, Browns RB Nick Chubb had never averaged fewer than 5.0 yards per carry for a season. However, he hasn’t been the same in his return from a torn ACL and MCL.
He has averaged just 3.1 yards per carry, leaving him with fewer than 60 rushing yards in each game that he has played. Don’t expect him to be more efficient against the Chiefs, who have allowed the lowest explosive rush percentage (6.54%) in the league, per 4for4.
Who to Start or Sit in Week 15: Wide Receivers
Start: Titans WR Calvin Ridley 62.5 Receiving Yards – More
Titans WR Calvin Ridley recorded a modest 59 receiving yards in what was a great matchup against the Jaguars last week. The bright side was that he had seven receptions and was targeted 12 times.
The Titans should have to throw a lot in Week 15 against the Bengals, who have one of the most potent offenses in football. However, the Bengals’ defense has the ninth-highest pass EPA per play allowed (0.08), per 4for4.
Start: Jets WR Davante Adams 67.5 Receiving Yards – More
With Rodgers thriving last week, Jets WR Davante Adams caught nine passes for 109 yards and a touchdown. He has received at least 11 targets in four of his last five games, becoming a clear favorite target for Rodgers. He also finished with at least 66 receiving yards four times during that span.
Given the Jaguars struggles to defend the pass, as discussed with Rodgers, Adams could challenge for 100 receiving yards again.
Sit: Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy 38.5 Receiving Yards – Less
Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy brings a ton of speed to the table. The problem is, he isn’t a huge part of the Chiefs offense. He has only been targeted on 16.7% of his routes run this season. Until last week, he also had not played on 80% of the offensive snaps in any game.
If the Chiefs race out to a big lead early against the vastly inferior Browns, Worthy might not see many targets come his way in the second half. The Chiefs are happy to keep it on the ground with RB Isiah Pacheco.
Who to Start or Sit in Week 14: Tight Ends
Start: Browns TE David Njoku 47.5 Receiving Yards – More
Browns TE David Njoku only had 42 receiving yards against the Steelers last week. However, he had seven receptions, was targeted 13 times, and scored a touchdown. He has received an unreal 30 targets over his last two games.
This matchup is about as good as it gets against the Chiefs, who have allowed the most receptions (86) and receiving yards (1,015) to tight ends in the league.
Sit: Buccaneers TE Cade Otton 42.5 Receiving Yards – Less
Now that Buccaneers WR Mike Evans is healthy again, Buccaneers TE Cade Otton has seen his production decline. After a stretch without Evans in which Otton was targeted 39 times over four games, he has been targeted just 14 times over his last three games.
A potentially limited workload against a Chargers team that has allowed the sixth-fewest yards per target to tight ends (6.23) in the league is not a recipe for success.
