The Buccaneers are now without their dynamic WR duo after losing Chris Godwin for the season and Mike Evans at least through the bye week due to his hamstring injury.
Tampa Bay will have to have a “next man up” mentality, leaving tTE Cade Otton as the next best option for Baker Mayfield — as shown on Monday Night Football, alongside complementary targets Jalen McMillan and Sterling Shepard.
Last week after Evans went down early, Mayfield and Otton started to look like prime Tom Brady and Gronk. Otton ended the game with eight catches on 10 targets and 100 yards, his most in each category all season.
This should become the norm over the next few weeks as the team deals with injuries to their receiving corps. The Bucs next few weeks will be tough, as they face the Falcons, Chiefs, and 49ers, but these games should be good for Otton who will see a lot of opportunities to cash his touchdown scorer projection.

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers: 1.5 Pass TDs

QB Aaron Rodgers and the Jets have had a rough start to the season, but this week should be the week they turn it around with a soft AFC matchup vs a rookie QB.
The Jets have lost their last four, but they faced some of the best teams in the league, including the Vikings, Bills, and Steelers. In Week 8 they get a break, as they head to New England to face one of the worst teams in the league.
Rodgers is now reunited with his former Green Bay teammate, Davante Adams, which gives him a reliable red-zone target. He only had three catches for 30 yards in their first game together, but that should improve this week after spending more time in practice together.
The Jets QB now have Adams, Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, and RB Breece Hall to throw to. Expect Rodgers to score more than a couple touchdowns against the league’s 29th ranked pass defense in expected points added (.196).

Last week, Broncos RB Javonte Williams’ had one of his best games of his career, recording two touchdowns, 88 rushing yards and averaging 6.3 yards a carry. This week, he faces the Carolina Panthers. You know what that means.
The Panthers have the absolute worst rushing defense in the league, allowing the most rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, and surrendering most fantasy points to running backs in the league. They’re also 29th in rush defense expected points added (.032). Expect Williams to have another high yardage game in an ideal spot and find the end zone.
