We’re blessed with another Monday Night Football doubleheader to cap off NFL Week 7, and both games bring us plenty of great spots for tonight’s NFL Picks on PrizePicks. There’s no better way to start the week.
The first is a showdown between the high-powered offenses of the Ravens and Bucs, which looks like a great spot for fantasy production. The second game between the Cardinals and Chargers has more question marks, as both teams are still looking for their identity.
Below, we’ve got the picks for both Monday Night Football games tonight. Let’s dive in.

Ravens vs. Bucs: Monday Night Football Picks, Predictions

Bucs WR Chris Godwin 76.5 Receiving Yards — More
Few receivers have been more impressive than Bucs WR Chris Godwin to start the year. He leads all receivers in catch percentage (84.3%), first downs (29), and is third in yards after contact (149) through six weeks. He’s accounting for 34.3% of the Bucs passing yardage.
The Ravens secondary has given up 275.7 passing yards per game — 31st in the league. Especially as the Bucs can be expected to be playing from behind tonight, Godwin should get plenty of looks.
He’s already averaging nine targets per game this year. If QB Baker Mayfield needs to get the ball down the field, he’ll be counting on Godwin.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers 63.5 Receiving Yards — More
Ravens WR Zay Flowers and QB Lamar Jackson are clicking on another level this season, especially in close games where Jackson airs the ball out.
In 2023, it took until Week 16 for Flowers to reach 80 yards in a game. This year, Flowers has already hit that number three times, including 111 yards and 132 yards in his last two games.
Flowers also has benefitted from the decline of TE Mark Andrews, as he’s seeing over nine targets per game in the five games decided by one possession.
While the Bucs are middle of the pack in passing defense expected points added (EPA) this year (16th), it’s mostly a product of their schedule. They have faced Jayden Daniels in his first career start, Bo Nix, Jalen Hurts without his top two targets, and Spencer Rattler in his first career start.
Jackson and this Ravens offense is a different beast. As the Bucs schedule stiffens, expect their defense to get exposed. If this game stays close, Flowers should see plenty of targets against a weak Bucs secondary.
TD Scorer Prediction: Ravens RB Derrick Henry
Ravens RB Derrick Henry has scored a touchdown in every game this year, with eight touchdowns in six games. He has 16 red-zone rushing attempts, good for sixth most in the NFL, plus two red-zone targets.
He’s clearly the go-to for the Ravens, and it’s unlikely that the Bucs will be able to slow him down. The Bucs have given up 8 rushing touchdowns this year and rank 27th in rush defense expected points added (-.011).
This is a Goblin pick on PrizePicks, which reduces your Lineup payout, as it’s an easier projection to hit. It’s also the most popular pick on the PrizePicks board for Monday Night Football.
This week’s best TD scorer predictions also listed Lamar Jackson 1.5 Pass TDs as a top TD pick for Monday Night Football.

Chargers vs. Cardinals: Monday Night Football Picks, Predictions
Check out all of our Chargers vs. Cardinals Monday Night Football picks for PrizePicks.
Chargers RB J.K. Dobbins 79.5 Rush Yards — More
The Chargers are a run-heavy offense this year, running on 52.4% of their plays — the third highest rate in the league. Chargers RB J.K. Dobbins has been the main beneficiary, as he’s become a workhorse back, especially with RB Gus Edwards (ankle) landing on injured reserve.
In his first game without Edwards in the mix, Dobbins had 25 carries against the Broncos and added two receptions. He should be in line for at least 20 carries again this week, which sets up well against a Cardinals defense that has struggled to limit explosive runs.
Dobbins is coming off three-straight games against top 10 rushing defenses in EPA in the Steelers, Chiefs, and Broncos. Here’s some recent RB stat lines against the Cardinals, who rank 23rd in rush EPA:
- 49ers RB Jordan Mason: 14 carries, 89 yards
- Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr.: 21 carries, 101 yards, 1 TD
- Lions RB David Montgomery: 23 carries, 105 yards 1 TD
- Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs: 16 carries, 83 yards
Dobbins should be able to reach this rushing yards number in a much softer matchup than he’s recently had.
Cardinals RB James Conner 15 Rush Attempts — More
The Cardinals season has been up and down, leading to some unpredictable stat lines from RB James Conner. The Cardinals are happy to quickly abandon the run if the game script calls for it.
That said, in what should be a close game, Conner should get the rock plenty. Conner has gone more than this projection in two of three one-possession games this year, and has over 18 carries in two others games (one blowout loss, one blowout win).
The Chargers have not scored more than 26 points in a game this year, so a blowout seems unlikely. There’s no real competition in the backfield; expect Conner should stay busy.
TD Scorer Pick: Chargers WR Ladd McConkey
The Chargers defense has been stout so far this year, so a Chargers pick here seems a bit safer. WR Ladd McConkey already has two touchdowns this year on a 26% target share.
He’s clearly emerged as the top target for QB Justin Herbert. McConkey has caught 3 of his 4 red-zone targets for two touchdowns so far this year.
The Cardinals have given up eight touchdown passes to receivers this year. They’re 30th in dropback EPA allowed (.242) and last in success rate (57.8%), so Herbert should have no issues exploiting this defense.
You can take McConkey more than 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs as a Demon pick on PrizePicks, which boosts your Lineup payout.
