Top Games to Target in Week 10 for DFS
49ers vs. Buccaneers — 1 p.m. ET
Brock Purdy and the 49ers face a weak Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense in Week 10. The Bucs rank near the bottom in several passing categories, allowing 255 passing yards per game (30th in the NFL) and a 68.5% completion rate (26th). Their rush defense isn’t much better, allowing 4.9 yards per rush attempt (28th).
This weakness in both pass and rush defense is not ideal against a high-powered 49ers offense aiming for a playoff push and likely to get RB Christian McCaffrey back this week after he’s been out for the entire season to this point. In their last matchup, Purdy threw for over 325 yards against Tampa Bay, and he’ll look to build on that again.
On the other side, Bucs QB Baker Mayfield has revitalized his career, averaging nearly 270 passing yards per game this season. He has surpassed his 243.5-yard passing projection on PrizePicks in six of his last 10 games, averaging close to 35 yards above his projected total.
The 49ers' defense, though solid, isn’t as dominant as it once was, currently ranking outside the top 10 in both passing yards allowed per game and yards per completion. With both teams pushing for a win, this matchup in Tampa Bay has the potential to be a high-scoring affair that should keep Mayfield throwing the ball.
PrizePicks to Consider: Brock Purdy 254.5 Pass Yards / Baker Mayfield 199.5 Pass Yards (Goblin)
Falcons vs. Saints — 1 p.m. ET
The divisional game between the Saints and the Falcons promises fantasy production, as both defenses have been struggling. The Saints rank outside the top 25 in passing yards allowed per game, pass attempts per game, rushing yards allowed per game, and rushing yards per attempt. They also traded standout corner Marshon Lattimore at the deadline, which surely won’t help.
When Kirk Cousins last faced the Saints this season, he threw for nearly 240 yards against their weakened secondary.
Saints QB Derek Carr returns from injury this week to face an Falcons defense ranked 25th in passing touchdowns allowed, 20th in passing yards allowed, and 23rd in rushing yards allowed per game (over 130 yards). The Falcons also rank last in the NFL in generating pressure (32nd), giving Carr plenty of time in the pocket to make plays.
With the Saints’ versatile offense and a Falcons defense that struggles in both coverage and pass rush, Carr and company are set up to capitalize in this matchup.
Carr will likely be without WR Chris Olave this week, and WR Bub Means was placed on IR, so he’ll need Mason Tipton, Cedrick Wilson Jr., and Marquez Valdes-Scantling to step up, in addition to RB Alvin Kamara in the passing game.
PrizePicks to Consider: Kirk Cousins 235.5 Pass Yards / Derek Carr 200.5 Pass Yards / Mason Tipton 28.5 Receiving Yards

Best OL/DL Matchups to Target: Week 10
Broncos DL vs. Chiefs OL
The Broncos' defensive line has struggled significantly in generating pressure this season. Edge rusher Nik Bonitto ranks 73rd out of 114 defensive ends with only four QB hits. The interior is led by D.J. Jones and Zach Allen, who rank 52nd and 62nd out of 124 interior linemen, respectively, and focus more on stopping the run than rushing the passer.
This weak pass rush faces a formidable Chiefs offensive line, anchored by Joe Thuney (ranked 3rd out of 77 guards), Creed Humphrey (the league's top-ranked center), and Trey Smith (7th out of 77 guards). This elite trio should have little trouble neutralizing Denver's underwhelming pass rush.
PrizePicks to Consider: Patrick Mahomes 235.5 Pass Yards / DeAndre Hopkins 51.5 Receiving Yards
Titans OL vs. Chargers DL
The Titans' offensive line has been a liability, particularly at tackle. J.C. Latham ranks 54th out of 77 tackles, while Leroy Watson ranks dead last at 77th.
They face a tough matchup against the Chargers' dominant pass rush, led by Khalil Mack (3rd out of 114 ends, with 21 QB hurries and 4 batted passes). Pass rusher Joey Bosa has also been effective in limited action, ranking among the top 10 defensive ends. On the interior, Poona Ford has excelled against the run, ranking 6th out of 121 interior linemen.
The Titans haven’t yet announced a starting QB as of writing, but look for the less than on their passing yards on the PrizePicks board once they do decide.
PrizePicks to Consider: Tony Pollard 64.5 Rush Yards — Less / Titans QB Pass Yards — Less
Best WR/CB Matchups to Target: Week 10
Vikings WR Jordan Addison vs. Jaguars CB Ronald Darby
Jaguars CB Ronald Darby is showing signs of decline as he nears the end of his career. The veteran corner ranks 96th out of 111 in coverage, allowing over 13 yards per reception and a 135 passer rating with 35 receptions allowed.
Across from him will be Jordan Addison, who has thrived this season, averaging nearly 14 yards per reception and posting a 100 passer rating when targeted. Vikings WR Justin Jefferson should also benefit from a soft matchup in the Jaguars secondary.
PrizePicks to Consider: Jordan Addison 38.5 Receiving Yards / Justin Jefferson 95.5 Receiving Yards
Falcons WR Drake London vs. Saints CB Alontae Taylor
With Marshon Lattimore's departure, Saints CB Alontae Taylor has taken on a larger role but has struggled, allowing a 109 passer rating, 10 yards per reception, and a league-high 45 receptions. He ranks 110th out of 111 corners in coverage.
Falcons WR Drake London will be a tough assignment, as he’s averaging 11 yards per reception and ranks in the top three in the NFL with six receiving touchdowns.
London has been dealing with a hip injury this week, which has limited him in practice. However, once he’s cleared to play as expected, look for his projections on the PrizePicks NFL board. If he’s out, look for Darnell Mooney and Ray-Ray McCloud to pick up extra volume in this cake matchup.
Best TD Scorer Picks for Week 10
Falcons RB Bijan Robinson vs. Saints
Falcons RB Bijan Robinson has emerged as a top five running back in the NFL this year, averaging 4.7 yards per carry and ranking top 20 in yards per attempt, rushing touchdowns, and explosive runs.
The Saints defensive line struggles against the run, with Chase Young ranking 98th out of 107 defensive ends and Khalen Saunders ranking 117th out of 121 interior linemen in run-stopping.
Their linebacker unit also ranks poorly, with Willie Gay at 70th out of 83 linebackers in run defense and strong safety Tyrann Mathieu at 70th out of 81 safeties when playing in the box.
Robinson should have his way with this offense. Look for Tyler Allgeier to get involved around the goal line as well for the Falcons, as he’s another TD pick with a payout boost on PrizePicks.
PrizePicks to Consider: Bijan Robinson 0.5 Rec+Rush TDs

Eagles WR AJ Brown vs. Cowboys
Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs' boom-or-bust style at cornerback has backfired this season, as he ranks 89th out of 111 corners in coverage, allowing a 100+ passer rating and over 10 yards per reception.
He’ll be up against Eagles WR A.J. Brown, who has been exceptional in limited action with the Eagles, hauling in 23 of 33 targets with zero drops. Brown’s impressive stats include a 130 passer rating when targeted and nearly 20 yards per reception, making him a potent deep threat for QB Jalen Hurts.
Brown’s projections are not yet on the PrizePicks board as we await official status for WR DeVonta Smith, who looks likely to play. If he’s out, that’ll further boost Brown as a potential touchdown scorer this weekend.
PrizePicks to Consider: AJ Brown 0.5 Rec+Rush TDs
