Find the top picks, matchups to target, and TD scorer predictions for NFL Week 8 below in the PrizePicks Cheat Sheet.

Top Games to Target in Week 8 for DFS

Colts vs. Texans — 1 p.m. ET

Texans QB C.J. Stroud finds himself in a favorable matchup this week against the Colts' defense, which ranks 23rd in passing yards allowed per game, 21st in passing touchdowns allowed per game, and 26th in completion percentage, giving up nearly a 70% completion rate to opposing quarterbacks.

Stroud's projection of 242.5 passing yards should be well within reach, as he has surpassed this mark in every home game this season.

The Colts' defense lacks a strong pass rush, providing Stroud with ample time in the pocket. The Colts' linebacking unit also ranks low in coverage, with E.J. Speed ranked 61st out of 74 and Zaire Franklin ranked 45th out of 74.

On the other side, the Texans' interior defense could face challenges, with Folorunso Fatukasi ranked 105th out of 124 and Tim Settle at 120th in run-stopping ability, potentially setting up a productive day for Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor, who is quietly averaging nearly 5 yards per carry this season.

PrizePicks to Consider: CJ Stroud Passing 242.5 Pass Yards / Colts RB Jonathan Taylor 62.5 Rush Yards / Colts QB Anthony Richardson 40.5 Rush Yards

Jets vs. Patriots — 1 p.m. ET

In what is essentially a must-win game, QB Aaron Rodgers and the Jets take on the New England Patriots. The Patriots' pass defense has been one of the weaker units in the NFL, allowing over 220 passing yards per game and a 68% completion rate, both ranking outside the top 20.

Rodgers, with a projection of 240.5 passing yards, has been in strong form, surpassing this mark in four of his last five games and averaging nearly 264 yards per game. Now he gets another week to get accustomed to WR Davante Adams and his full complement of weapons.

Meanwhile, rookie QB Drake Maye has abruptly taken over this Patriots offense head-on, passing for over 240 yards in his first two games. With a projection of 211.5 passing yards, Maye is also positioned to reach this mark.

Maye faces a Jets secondary that is battling some key injuries, with safeties Tony Adams and Ashton Davis both questionable and replacement cornerback Brandin Echols, who ranks 66th out of 105 corners in coverage, struggling significantly this season.

Steelers QB Russell Wilson carved up this secondary on Sunday Night Football last week, with 276 yards and a touchdown in his first start of the season.

PrizePicks to Consider: Jets QB Aaron Rodgers 240.5 Pass Yards / Patriots QB Drake Maye 211.5 Pass Yards

Best OL/DL Matchups to Target: Week 8

Browns OL vs. Ravens DL

The Ravens boast one of the NFL's strongest defensive lines, highlighted by outside linebacker Odafe Oweh, who ranks among the top 15 pass rushers and has 4.5 sacks on the season.

This week, he’ll be facing Cleveland Browns left tackle Jedrick Wills, who has struggled, ranking 66th out of 76 tackles. Wills has been flagged seven times, tying for fifth-most among tackles, and has allowed over 10 pressures.

Browns center Ethan Pocic has also had difficulty, allowing the second-most sacks among centers and over 15 pressures. Ravens DT Nnamdi Madubuike has excelled, with 20+ pressures and 3+ sacks this season, setting up a challenging matchup for Cleveland’s offensive line.

PrizePicks to Consider: Browns RB Nick Chubb 48.5 Rush Yards (Less)

Dolphins OL vs. Cardinals DL

The Cardinals have one of the weakest defensive lines in the league. The Miami Dolphins are set to welcome back left tackle Terron Armstead, who is currently rated as the top tackle in the NFL. Armstead has yet to allow a sack and has given up fewer than five total pressures.

Dolphins center Connor Williams ranks 8th out of 38 centers, allowing just three pressures and zero sacks. Meanwhile, the Cardinals’ defensive line struggles to pressure the passer, with Roy Lopez ranked 93rd out of 124 and L.J. Collier at 107th.

PrizePicks to Consider: Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa 250.5 Pass Yards / Dolphins RB De’Von Achane 57.5 Rush Yards

Best WR/CB Matchups to Target: Week 8

Eagles WR AJ Brown vs. Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt

Eagles WR A.J. Brown has been unstoppable since his return from injury two weeks ago. He ranks as the second-best wide receiver in the NFL, providing Jalen Hurts a 130+ passer rating when targeted, averaging over 20 yards per reception, and with zero drops on 23 targets.

This week, he faces Cincinnati Bengals corner Cam Taylor-Britt, who has struggled in coverage, allowing a 128 passer rating and 15 yards per reception when targeted, giving Brown a significant height and performance advantage.

Here are recent WR1 performances vs. the Bengals, all versus less talented receivers than Brown:

  • Browns WR Cedric Tillman: 8 receptions, 81 yards
  • Ravens WR Zay Flowers: 7 receptions, 111 yards
  • Panthers WR Diontae Johnson: 7 receptions, 83 yards, 1 TD
  • Commanders WR Terry McLaurin: 4 receptions, 100 yards, 1 TD

PrizePicks to Consider: Eagles A.J. Brown 75.5 Receiving Yards / 0.5 Rush+Rec TD (Demon)

Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill vs. Cardinals CB Sean Murphy-Bunting

With the anticipated return of QB Tua Tagovailoa, WR Tyreek Hill finds himself in an appealing matchup against CB Sean Murphy-Bunting of the Arizona Cardinals.

Murphy-Bunting has ranked 101st out of 105 corners this season, allowing 16 of 20 targets to be completed for a 100+ passer rating and over 12 yards per reception. The season is starting to get away from this Dolphins team and the likelihood of making the playoffs is only obtainable if star players like Hill make some big plays.

PrizePicks to Consider: Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill 85.5 Receiving Yards / 0.5 Rush+Rec TD (Demon)

Falcons RB Bijan Robinson vs. Buccaneers

Bucs LB Lavonte David, known for his veteran leadership, has been a strong presence for the Bucs, but struggles in coverage, ranking 44th out of 74 linebackers. When targeted, David has allowed a near 100 passer rating.

Next to him, LB K.J. Britt has been one of the lowest-ranked in coverage, sitting at 68th out of 74, allowing a 120+ passer rating. This could be advantageous for Falcons RB Bijan Robinson, who has caught 24 of 27 passes and averages over 4.7 yards per carry.

Robinson has 19 red-zone carries and two red-zone targets so far this season.

PrizePicks to Consider: Bijan Robinson 0.5 Rec+Rush TDs

Chiefs WR DeAndre Hopkins vs. Raiders

DeAndre Hopkins, now with the Kansas City Chiefs via trade, looks to shine as the WR1 in a high-powered offense. He’ll be matched up with Raiders CB Jack Jones, who ranks 76th out of 105 corners.

Jones has allowed 19 receptions for over a 125 passer rating and 10 yards per reception. Despite the challenges Hopkins faced in Tennessee, he now has a favorable setup to impact the Chiefs' passing attack against a struggling Jones.

PrizePicks to Consider: DeAndrea Hopkins 0.5 Rec+Rush TDs (if available)
