Timberwolves vs. Bulls: Time, How to Watch, Location
Time: 8:00 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA TV
After getting blown out by the Mavericks, the Bulls should expect their starters to see more time in this second leg of a back-to-back due to their bench players getting a lot more playing time than usual. This matchup brings contrasting styles since Chicago leads the league in pace while Minnesota sits at 25th preferring to run their half-court sets.
Despite being a bottom-10 team in pace, this could be the game where the Timberwolves look to get out and run with the Bulls.
Chicago allows the sixth most points per game and the third most rebounds and assists per game. All this leads to Chicago giving up the second most average fantasy points to opponents.
Jazz vs. Bucks: Preview, Time, TV
Time: 8 p.m. ET
How to Watch: NBA League Pass
After a few days off, the Milwaukee Bucks hope to see the return of Giannis Antetokounmpo back to the starting lineup, who is questionable to play. Their star forward missed the last game of a home-and-home against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to an adductor strain. Bucks SF Khris Middleton will remain out.
The Jazz will get back PF Lauri Markkanen and PG Jordan Clarkson for this game as well, who have both missed the last week with injuries. Both practiced in full on Wednesday.
Expect this game to be fast-paced with both the Utah Jazz and the Bucks ranking top-10 in pace at sixth and ninth respectively. Not only will there be tons of possessions in this game but expect tons of scoring as well.
Both teams are bottom-10 in opposing points allowed with Utah at 26 (119.6 points per game allowed) and Milwaukee at 22 (118.3). Lastly, Utah is the best matchup you can get since they give up the most average fantasy points.

NBA DFS Picks Today for PrizePicks
Below, you’ll find the top picks for NBA DFS on PrizePicks today, Thursday, November 7, including NBA DFS projections.
Timberwolves F Julius Randle vs. Bulls: 27.5 Pts+Rebs — More
Even on a new team, Julius Randle should enjoy this matchup against the Bulls. In the last three seasons, he has hit this projection all but once. The main reason three seasons is the key figure here is because Patrick Williams and NIkola Vucevic have been the main frontcourt defenders on Randle, and that will be the case again tomorrow.
Despite improvements on defense, Williams still struggles on the defensive end, and Vucevic is pretty much non-existent in terms of defensive presence. The Bulls give up the second most points and fifth most rebounds to opposing power forwards.
Since the inception of the Williams-Vucevic frontcourt, the Bulls have ranked bottom-five in rebounds to opposing power forwards. That frontcourt coupled with Chicago’s pace makes this the ideal matchup for Randle in the points and rebounds department.

Spurs F Keldon Johnson vs. Trail Blazers: 21.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts — More
With all the injuries to the Spurs — Jeremy Sochan, Tre Jones, and Devin Vassell are all out — other players will be asked to step up. Keldon Johnson could potentially be one of those players. Despite being relegated to a sixth man role over the last season, the Spurs forward hit this projection twice in three meetings against Portland last season.
The Trail Blazers are in the bottom six in points, rebounds, and assists allowed to opposing small forwards.
With an injury to Sochan, Johnson could get a run at playing starter minutes. Sochan was averaging 32 minutes per game before his injury. Even if Johnson doesn’t start, he should get plenty of opportunity to go more on this projection with even more minutes and usage off the bench.

Jazz F Lauri Markkanen vs. Bucks: 1.5 3-PT Made — More (Goblin)
Since moving to Utah, Lauri Markkanen has enjoyed torching Milwaukee from downtown. He’s gone more than his 1.5 3-pointers Goblin projection in all three meetings and even has cleared 3+ three-pointers made in those matchups.
With only a Demon and Goblin for this 3-pointers projection, we’ve opted for the safer route here. Milwaukee is middle of the pack in three-point defense against power forwards, allowing just over two, but their three-point percentage allowed to opposing power forwards is third-best in the league.
Currently at the time of writing, both Giannis Anteokoumpo and Markkanen are game-time decisions. Should Markkanen play and Giannis get ruled out, this 1.5 3-pointers made projection looks even better since Giannis would be the primary defender. If they both end up playing, this is still not a bad play due to Markkanen’s history against the Bucks while suiting up for Utah.
Note: Goblin projections have a reduced payout since they are easier to win
